The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
