Duties
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems to ensure optimal operation.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in line with security policies.
Assist in maintaining documentation for IT processes, systems, and procedures.
Support software updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration.
Required
Two+ years IT administration experience
Matric qualification
Microsoft 365 fundamentals (required)
Microsoft 365 endpoint administrator (preferred not required)
Microsoft 365 administrator essential (preferred not required)
A+ N+ (required)
Own reliable transport is an inherent part of the job
Good time management and communication skills
