**Qualifications**:

- Matric / Grade 12 with Maths and Science
- Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering - Heavy Current
- N6/N4 in Electrical Engineering heavy current
- Trade Specific Artisan (Red Seal)
- Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
- CRMP - Certified Reliability Maintenance Professional

**Experience**:

- 5-10 years Experience in a Maintenance Environment as a Technician
- Asset Care Experience

**Duties**:
**OHS Act Compliance**:

- Ensure Statutory compliance

**Responsible for MTTR & MTBF analysis**:

- Identify problematic equipment
- Determine AM & PPM focus areas
- Review Work Order & Schedule Compliance
- Review Resource Utilisation
- Review critical, PPM & AM spares list
- Review and analyse 5-Why analysis
- Advance problem solving and collaboration with Reliability Engineer
- Participate in root cause analysis investigation
- Execution of reliability improvement projects

**Budget Control / Cost Management**:

- Approve purchase orders within certain cost limit
- Obtain quotations from external service providers

**5S**:
