Stock counts on Production packaging.**Services**:
Inter relationship with Maintenance Department.**Staff control**:
Labour / Overtime.
- Efficiencies.**Security**:
Opening / Closing of Facility.**Workplace Improvement**:
Measurements (Goals and KPI’s) / Staff Morale.
- Communication Meetings.-
**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications: Food related qualification.**

**Requirements**:

- Background in Sauce Manufacturing & CIP systems.
- Planning and execution of manufacturing process until hand-over to Final Product Warehouse.
- Managing small contingency of staff (+/- 40) on a 2-shift / 3-shift system.
- Previous Involvement in workplace improvement initiatives.
