**About You**:
You are a technical magician with a deep love for all things sports-related. When someone asks you what your favourite sport is, you easily list off multiple sports that you follow. With a proven background in Help Desk support, you bring solid experience in supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical issues. Clients and team members appreciate your ability to patiently explain troubleshooting steps. Lastly, you are someone who takes initiative to follow up with the people you help, ensuring the issues are resolved.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for clients and Trading team members for technical issues via various communications channels
- Document technical procedures and processes
- Ensure feedback mechanisms are in place to keep all stakeholders informed and up to date, including the product bug prioritization
- Guide stakeholders through the troubleshooting process
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our product offerings
- Escalate issues when necessary to the Tech team
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting is in place
- Carry out appropriate research and analysis of trading activity and improve trading performance
- Identify and offer suggestions to improve current processes

**Time Zone**:10pm - 8am (may be 10pm - 10am) Pacific Time (GMT -8)

**Your Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the sports betting industry a MUST, working with sports betting odds is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in a real-time Helpdesk role
- Deep passion for sports is a must-have
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, tech, and dashboards
- Ability to explain complex processes and steps into digestible and understandable bits
- Has patience and is able to explain solutions in multiple (different) ways when needed
- Sense of urgency when prioritizing and responding to technical issues
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Sciences or a related field
- Experience in a start-up environment considered an asset
