Cafe Waiter

**Greet all guests entering coffee shop**
- **To ensure a positive attitude towards guests and while on duty**
- **To ensure the front desk/display area is hygienically clean and presentable at all times**
- **To ensure that every cup of coffee, cappuccino or related coffee beverage is prepared in a quick, friendly manner**
- **To ensure the service areas & coffee machine area is clean and tidy at the beginning and end of every shift**
- **To maintain a clean working environment**
- **To develop and maintain good relations with customer at all times**
- **To ensure that all sales are correctly entered onto the cash register.**
- **To give manager feedback on any issues that could affect the smooth running of the business**
- **Daily stock monitoring to prevent out of stock situations**
- **To receive orders and ensure that the items delivered correspond to the invoice**
- **To assist with stock takes**
- **Perform any other tasks as required by Management, should these arise, to ensure the smooth running of the operation of the company**
- **To ensure the companies aim of high standards and quality customer service.**
