Frank Fowden Hairstylist is a well respected and award winning salon located in the V&A Waterfront. We are looking for experienced and qualified stylists and operators to join us full time.

Duties of Hairdressers:

- Welcome clients into the salon and provide them with excellent customer service through answering queries, explaining and advising appropriate products.
- Answer phone calls, book reservations and handle clients' payments when needed.
- Required to keep their station, equipment and working area clean and organised.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years worth of experience
- Matric and relevant degree
- Good communication skills
- Professional and well groomed
- Must be honest, reliable and dedicated
- Must work well individually and in a team
- Able to follow rules and regulations easily
- Can create a positive environment for co-workers and clients
- Expected to perform basic services such as washing, blow drying, cutting, colouring/highlights and styling

Duties of Operators:

- Welcome and gown customers
- Provide clients with hot and cold beverages
- Wash customers' hair and give relaxing head massages
- Perform housekeeping duties such as washing, drying and folding towels, keeping stylists' stations and all areas of the salon clean and tidy.
- Unpack deliveries, and place stock on display shelves in a neat and organized fashion.

**Requirements**:

- Has experience working at the basin
- Professional and well groomed
- Must work well in a team
- Must be honest, reliable and dedicated
- Able to follow rules and regulations easily
- Can create a positive environment for co-workers and clients
- Must be able to fulfill hairstylist and co-workers requests regardless of how big or small

Location: Shop 7210, Upper Level, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town

Working Hours: 9AM -6PM / 12PM-9 PM

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
