Assistant to the Executive Assistant.
- Receive and relay incoming calls to appropriate staff.
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate staff is unavailable.
- Receive on-site visitors, determine nature of business, answer basic queries and refer them to the appropriate staff member / department.
- Maintain office safety and security by monitoring visitor access.
- Receive and sign for incoming packages and notify relevant employees.
- Oversee ordering and stock management of office supplies.
- Manage meeting room calendars and facilitate with meeting requirements.
- Update and distribute company contact lists.
- Responsible for a professional reception environment - maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Managing the PPE for employees and visitors which include ordering, storage, distribution, record keeping and laundry service.
- Comply with office policy and procedures for health and safety
- Maintain good working relationships with all staff.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a front-line Receptionist.
- Certificate or diploma in telephone etiquette advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Ability to operate a switchboard.
