**Job description**:
Are you a people person with a passion for property? We’re looking for a Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting new clients, and knows how to match the right tenant with the right property.

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our rental portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is a client-facing, results-driven role, perfect for someone who loves communication, organisation, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with landlords to list new rental properties
- Conduct viewings, manage enquiries, and qualify potential tenants
- Prepare and process lease documentation and property handovers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service at every step
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals

What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, confident personality with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in real estate or leasing (advantageous but not essential)
- A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills
