**Job Description**:

- Supervising the outlet to ensure its smooth operation.
- Ordering and control of stock.
- Ensure Health and hygiene standard is maintained in the restaurant.
- Daily preparations and controls
- Manage staff related issues i.e. leave, absenteeism, discipline etc.
- Ensure continuous OJT.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints timeously

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Hotel School Diploma
- 2-3 Years Supervisory experience in a restaurant environment
- Outgoing and extroverted person
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Shift work is an operational requirement
