**Job Title**: Guest Relations Officer
**Reports to**: Marketing Director
**Based at**: Gauteng branches
**PURPOSE**: A Guest Relations Officer is the person who is customer service orientated, who essentially greets customer. They also handle customer complaints and is the front liner of the business.
**Essential functions (in no particular order)**
- Must be able to help the client resolve queries and complaints.
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied and willing to come back and do business with WSB.
- To welcome customers and to ensure that customers are happy with the service provided.
- Opening of new accounts and ensuring that customers are FICA compliant.
- Displays are always on with the correct channels.
- Ensuring that the branch is neat and presentable.
- Ensure that all staff is wearing their uniforms.
- Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities.
- Must make sure that betting sheets and soccer fixtures are available for customers.
**Skills/Qualities, Knowledge**
- Must be able to work well in a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines in a fast pace environment
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Must have good communication skills across the board
- Must be fluent in English and a secondary language
- Must have good verbal and written skills
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Must be creative
**Requirements: Experience and education**
- A Matric Grade 12 certificate (a must)
- Customer relations diploma or Degree (an advantage)
- 2-3 Years internal Betting experience
- Customer service or sales experience
**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month
