**Minimum Requirements / Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years post admission experience specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on foreclosures and defended litigation.
- Admitted attorney.
- Possess high court litigation experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Previous experience in managing his/ her own department.
- Previous experience in managing of junior personnel.
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Dynamic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to forge and maintain excellent inter-personal relationships.
- Willing to work over-time if operational requirements so dictate.
- Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in working on AJS & Ghost Practice will be an added advantage.
