Ability to plan ahead and problem solve

Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Big 5 reserve and 4 star lodge necessary

ResRequest experience will be beneficial

Package

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and references

Meals while on duty

21 days on 7 days off work cycle

15 days annual leave

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodge

Managing, Overseeing Staff with the General Manager

Staff training and development

Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media

Hosting Duties

Allocation of Airport Transfers

Little paws program

Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed

Reporting to General manager, Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office Lodge

Salary R 10 000 to R 13 000 live in with benefits

- 5* Game Lodge: 3 years (preferred)
- International Guest Relations: 3 years (preferred)
