- NQF7 in Accounting or a degree in Financial management.
- Project Management course will be an advantage.
- Xero knowledge would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS programmes including excel.
- Experience in billing in multiple currencies.
- Clear criminal record.
- 3-5 Years experience in complex invoicing.
- Assist in general administrative duties.
- Assist, coordinate and cooperate with operations to ensure the quality and timing of invoicing.
- Accurate data capturing of source documents into accounting software.
- Produce accurate financial reconciliations to specific deadlines.
- A proven track record in dealing with high volumes of administration.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Issuing of invoices and following up on payments.
