**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Teaching and Learning delivery
- Direct academic student engagement
- Student success rates at modular level
- Continuous student support and development
- Teaching and learning in and out of the classroom
- Programme coordination committee meetings
- Contribute to programme improvements (content and assessments)
- Subject/module consultations
**Competencies Required**:

- Ability to analyse lesson structure and handle instructional design
- Ability to develop study materials
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Critical thinking and interpretative skills
- Good computer skills
- Effective Classroom Management Skills
- Online Teaching (Using Microsoft Teams, Zoom Etc)
**Minimum Qualification**
- Minimum Honours Degree in Human Resource Management or SAQA equivalent qualification at NQF 8
- A Higher Postgraduate Qualification in the respective field (Masters Degree at NQF 9) and membership with professional bodies will be advantageous.
**Work Experience**:

- Minimum 2 Years Teaching / Lecturing / Facilitation Experience
Lecturing experience at a higher education level will be an added advantage
