As a Graduate Partner for our global business, you will be responsible for supporting the continued growth of our business through the implementation and evolution of our Global Graduate Programme, supporting our Graduates on their development journey
**What you’ll do**:
- Lead on the attraction, recruitment, and continuous development of Games Global’s graduate programme.
- Execute the graduate resourcing strategy whilst raising brand awareness and ensuring that our Graduate opportunities reach the targeted audience.
- Develop and maximise effective partnerships with global universities and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement Games Global’s networking and attraction events across the global locations to promote our employer brand and target graduate talent.
- Contribute to diversity initiatives by identifying underrepresented graduate talent pipelines and creating appropriate attraction strategies.
- Develop and maximise partnerships with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers.
- Ensure graduate recruitment KPIs are met.
- Design and coordinate training plans and opportunities for our graduates.
- Support managers to set goals and review performance at set touch points throughout the programme.
- Proactively highlight any performance issues to the in-location People Partner.
- Engage with Graduates regularly to ensure maximum motivation and engagement throughout the programme.
- Continuously improve and drive the graduate programme and strategy in line with the business direction and focus.
- Support wider Talent team when required and participate in wider talent initiatives when required, such as training, career pathways, and development conversations.
**What you’ll bring**
- Minimum of 2 years HR or recruitment experience or relevant qualification
- Ideally previous experience of working with graduates
- Willingness to travel to see our Graduates and managers in location, as well as attending networking events and fairs
- Strong skills in MS Office packages including Work, Excel, and Outlook
