**About the Role**

We are hiring **Outbound Sales Agents** to join our Cape Town team (hybrid setup). In this role, you will focus on growing our property portfolio by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and qualify leads, adding interested prospects to our CRM
- Present Nestify’s value proposition confidently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of activity and respond promptly to enquiries
- Stay up to date with property market trends and competitor activity

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of outbound sales or telesales experience
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Strong English communication skills
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven

**Working Days / Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm (South African Time)
- Hybrid position (2 days office, 3 days home) from Cape Town, South Africa
