**Job Title**: Property Painter (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, priming)
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Work neatly and efficiently, ensuring job sites are left clean and tidy
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter in property maintenance or construction
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and surface preparation methods
- Ability to mix and match paints accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Own transport and valid driver’s licence advantageous

**Location**:
Based in the **Northern Suburbs, Cape Town**, with travel to surrounding areas as required.
