**Minimum requirements**:

- B.Com degree beneficial
- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney
- 3 - 5 years post article experience in Commercial Contracts including leases and financial structures with respect to Loan Agreements
- Experience of Accounting and Tax
- Litigation and general legal experience
- Administration Law - Town Planning Law advantageous but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
