Sales Administrator and Coordinator

**Maxwell and Sparks is looking for a Sales Administrator and Coordinator**
**Position/Title: Sales Administrator and Coordinator**
**Reports To: Head of Sales**
**Function Sales Administration and Coordination**
**Area Durban (KZN)**
**Number of Reports One (1)**
**Overall Responsibility**:
Maintain efficiency in administration and customer communication related to all aspects of the sales and delivery process
**Focus Area 1: Sales Administration**
Process all incoming orders
Sales order creation and editing
Facilitate requests for additional information
Update production schedule with Sales inputs
Assist the finance team with invoicing queries when required
Update PowerBi
**Focus Area 2: Coordination**
Liaise with the rest of the sales team on all orders
Coordinate between sales teams and production for production planning
Cross reference sales orders and PO's
Coordinate with Operations to facilitate collections and deliveries
**Focus Area 3:Customer communications**
Regular and ongoing communication with customers on orders and ETA's
Send weekly schedules to key customers and meet to discuss when required
Communicate all changes or delays to orders timeously
Arrange and coordinate all customer collection and deliveries
**Requirements of the Role**
Matric, preferably a tertiary qualification
Experience working with ERP or Accounting systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
Good organizational, time management and planning skills.
Accountable, assertive, and self-motivated.
Reliable and a self starter
Punctuality and good telephone etiquette
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
Problem-Solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce accurate results even whilst under pressure.
