**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the factory floor
- Develop and follow realistic production schedules and ensure that all targets are achieved
- Report at weekly production meetings
- Ensure that all jobcards are used and that all the correct information is recorded and documented
- Oversee all new product development and current product changes
- Oversee the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and that the company continues to maintain this quality
- Oversee the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System, Policies, and Procedure
- Oversee and direct the implementation of any ISO/SABS standards that may be required by the Director and/or customer
- Ensure that quality standards are adhered to at all times (from production to finished good)
- Ensure that safety standards and protocols are adhered to
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- 5+ years of Production Managerial experience
- Understanding of ISO 9001
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Occasional Overtime (including Saturdays)
- Ability to commute/own transport: Springfield, Durban, KZN

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
