**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Facilitation**:

- Facilitate training sessions for learners, ensuring the content is delivered effectively and meets the required unit standards and qualifications.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage learners and adapt training delivery to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and encourage active participation from learners.
- Assess learner progress during training and provide ongoing support and feedback.
- **Assessment**:

- Conduct assessments in line with the standards set by CHIETA, TETA, and Services SETA, ensuring compliance with the relevant qualification frameworks.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to learners and management on performance.
- Ensure that assessments are carried out in a consistent and transparent manner, adhering to SETA requirements and best practices.
- Keep accurate records of assessments and ensure the integrity of the assessment process.
- **Moderation**:

- Moderate assessments to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with SETA standards and regulations.
- Ensure that the assessment process meets the quality assurance criteria and supports continuous improvement in training delivery.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on assessments, ensuring alignment with national qualifications and standards.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records, assessment reports, and moderation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards set by CHIETA, TETA, and Services SETA.
- Participate in audits and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity of training, assessment, and moderation processes.
- Assist in the development of training and assessment plans, including identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications in the field of training, education, or a specific industry sector (e.g., Chemical, Transport, or Services).
- Registered Assessor and Moderator with TETA, and Services SETA (specific emphasis on Supply Chain Management as well as Customs Compliance Management and other Management qualifications within the Services SETA )
- Knowledge and experience in working with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and relevant SETA standards.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a facilitator, assessor, and/or moderator in the relevant sector.
- Proven experience delivering training, conducting assessments, and moderating for SETAs, preferably TETA, Services SETA and QCTO.
- Familiarity with the specific qualifications and unit standards related to the sectors supported by TETA, and Services SETA.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of assessment and moderation principles and practices.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse learners, clients, and stakeholders.

**Application Process**:
Pay: R11 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month
