**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Answer inbound calls within SLA’s.
- Perform necessary follow-ups and maintain communication with all involved parties.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding telephony and systems.
- Manage cases, tasks, notes, and reminders on the Call Centre Application (CCA).
- Escalate matters when necessary to Team Leaders or Management.
- Ensure efficient, professional, and timely assistance to all clients and involved parties.
- Contribute to the effective and smooth operation of the CEC.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Answer inbound calls within specified SLAs.
- Maintain proper telephone etiquette and corporate greetings.
- Log cases accurately on the CCA and record detailed notes.
- Follow up and provide feedback to clients and involved parties.
- Adhere to company policies regarding temp members and written communication.
- Upload relevant documents to the CCA's document warehouse.
- Escalate matters promptly to Team Leaders or Management.
- Contribute to the effective operation of the CEC through teamwork and adaptability.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.

- Prior experience in Emergency Assistance environments would be advantageous
