Our client is a family owned and run export trading business. They specialise in the export of FMCG's, fruit and vegetables, wines and building materials to over 45 countries throughout the world.
They are looking for an Export Coordinator who has experience in co-ordinating exports to join their team in Tyger Valley, Cape Town.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to trade enquiries from BDM
- Implement financial procedures for approving transaction
- Generate Offer To Purchase/Proforma Invoice to send through to BDM/Assistant BDM for approval
- Execute confirmed orders, ensure that orders are executed timeously and minimise delays
- Liase with the warehouse regarding deliveries, labelling, export packing and loading of containers
- Liase with the shipping lines regarding bookings and vessel stack dates
- Monitor load schedule and update stack dates daily
- Update Gateway daily to ensure information is current and accurate
- Follow up on shipments and feedback to the BDM/Assistant BDM on any potential issues or delays
- Generate Invoices and collation of final pre-alert documentation for shipment file
- Payment slips/allocations for service providers to accounts
- Bill schedules
