**Job Summary**:

- Directing all operational aspects including Debtors/Creditors, Health and safety, Gas rentals, Rental Hire, Stores and Stock Management, customer service, Human Resources administration, Payroll and administration.
- Skills Development - Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel through HR.
- Accounting duties - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost tip-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Proven Work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship Management skills and openness to feedback
- Person must always be positive - never revealing negative feelings in front of staff
- Person will be working very long hours

**Qualifications and Exprience**:

- Minimum Qualification is a Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum 8-10 years working experience in a similar or related role
