**B.1 JOB PURPOSE**

To co-ordinate assessments and perform administrative duties to support both the Professional Services Team and the Sales Team, to enable the Talent Assessment unit to reach its objectives.

**B.2 JOB OBJECTIVES**

**Co-ordination of supervised and unsupervised assessments and feedback**
- To set up all competency based assessments
- To monitor progress of assessments and ensure that SLAs are met
- To load all assessments onto internal system
- To report all challenges to line manger

**Administration**
- To perform general administration to enable the Professional Operations team to work effectively
- To perform relevant administrative work as it relates to the objectives of this role
- To perform system updates for monitoring and reporting purposes
- To act as coordinator on projects
- To compile project reports for clients
- To work closely with the other Assessment team members, and liaise with other divisions within MIE to record relevant assessment information on MIE systems to ensure accurate records for reporting including client matrices and monthly reporting
- To perform relevant administrative work as it relates to the objectives of this role

**Sales Support**:

- To assist with client queries and correspondence
- To provide remote support to the sales team when they are out of the office
- To monitor the inbox, website queries and online chat for client queries and work closely with the Sales Lead to get these resolved

**Advisory**
- To contribute towards technology advancement initiatives and solutions, as well as process efficiency to ensure the efficiency of the business unit

**Health and Safety**

- Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
- Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace.

- To advise company if your circumstances change that may affect your ability to work (i.e. becoming pregnant or suffering an injury)

**General**:

- Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety procedures
- Adhere to Labour Regulations
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
- Any ad hoc duties as required from time to time
- Adhere to company requirements of trust and honesty in the handling of cash, finances, and products
