**Purpose of the Job**:
To assist with all administrative duties regarding internal and external deliveries. This position will require assistance with deliveries from to time therefore a driver’s license (EB - Unrestricted) is required.
**Key Performance Areas include**:
- Monitor and follow up with customers and service providers regarding queries.
- Reconciling of invoices and maintain records.
- Generating and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may arise.
**Job Objectives**:

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Matric Certificate
**Desirable**
- Diploma in Transport / Logistics Management / Equivalent
**Experience**:
**Essential**
- 2+ years admin experience.
- 2+ years experience working in a similar environment.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Work and perform well under pressure, as well as adapt to changing work requirements and situations.
- Fleet planning and administration experience.
- Good understanding of tracking systems such as Mixtelematics.
- Proficient computer skills (MS excel; Office 365).
