New Vehicle Sales Executive - Midrand
Fast growing brand looking for a motivated New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team in Midrand.
What will be expected of you:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seeking out potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Engaging with prospective buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Building rapport and fostering long-term relationships with customers to gain their trust and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of new vehicles in the dealership's inventory. Using consultative selling techniques to match customer needs with appropriate vehicle options and overcome objections.
- Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales process from initial contact with the customer through to vehicle delivery. This includes conducting test drives, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing sales contracts, and coordinating vehicle financing and trade-in transactions.
- Post-Sale Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction with their purchase, address any concerns or issues, and encourage referrals and repeat business. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the ownership experience to maintain positive relationships and drive customer retention.
Experience and skills required:
- Grade 12
- Proven Sales Track Record (3 months payslips to be provided - not negotiable)
- Salesmanship: Strong sales skills to effectively pitch and sell new vehicles to potential customers, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
