We are a SaaS platform that predicts the revenue of B2C companies, giving them the ability to plan better and make decisions in real-time

Your Role

Ramp Growth is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to help build the Quality Assurance function within the organisation. They will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and Engineering Team Leads to develop appropriate quality gates and testing processes to ensure the product and service delivery meets the standards of the organisation and the expectations of end users. They will play an instrumental role in the quality control and testing of new features and enhancements, and in supporting efficient and effective resolution of issues and defects. The Senior Quality Analyst will report to the CTO.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Grow the testing function within the organisation
- Define and implement quality assurance and testing procedures for products and services
- Proactively identify areas of improvement to enhance quality and user experience
- Champion a culture of quality within the product delivery and support space
- Own the quality assurance processes at all stages of the development lifecycle
- Review and give feedback on acceptance criteria
- Define test cases and test plans for new feature delivery
- Perform functional, system and integration testing
- Perform front-end regression testing where appropriate
- Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and expectations
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the engineering and product teams
- Support efficient resolution of customer issues
- Monitor product quality metrics and take proactive action when observing issues
- Replicate reported defects, identify severity and impact, and ensure engineering team has sufficient information to resolve
- Test issues to confirm accurate resolution prior to (or in lieu of) customer testing
- Monitor efforts to resolve priority issues and report progress to customer success team

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Computer Science or Information Systems degree/diploma
- 5+ years experience in quality assurance and software testing

**Specific experience required in**:

- Quality standards development
- QA process implementation
- Test planning, design, execution and reporting
- Agile project delivery
- SQL query writing

**Beneficial but not required**:

- ISTQB or equivalent certification
- Business Intelligence or Data Science testing experience
- API testing experience
- Automated Front End testing experience
