IT Technician

**Key Performance Area**:

- Provide all sites I.T first-line support.
- Server/Network Administration.
- Troubleshooting network (network points, hubs, switches, etc.).
- Troubleshooting of Point of Sales, Printers, and Clocking Devices.
- Traveling long distances to stores.
- Installing CCTV.
- Demonstrate ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships face to face and over the telephone.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post Matric I.T/Computer Science ITIL/Corbit qualification, Diploma in ICT
- Minimum of 3 years continuous experience as a Desktop Technician or 6 years continuous Experience in the I.T service desk environment or Field Technician
- Comptia/Microsoft A+ or N+ or MCSE Certification.
- 3 years driving experience.
