Team Management 30%, Application Planning and Development 40%, Team Work 10%, Project Planning and Capacity Management 10%, Quality Management and Compliance.
**Education**:
Tertiary qualification in IT.

**Job Experience & Skills Required**:
Min of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.

Min 3-4 years' exeprinece in a Developer role.

Experience in the following technologies:

- Java / Kotlin
- Reactive programming
- Modular code design principles, familiarity with different software architectures: MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture.
- Restful API integration
- GIT
- Development architecture
- AWS
- API development (REST, RPC)
- MySQL
- Git
- HTML and CSS, JavaScript (ReactJS; NextJS; VueJS)
- jQuery (AngularJS and BackboneJS)
