Senior Baker

Our client in Centurion is looking for a Senior Baker to join their team.

**Requirements**:
Experience within a similar role of at least 5-10 years
Experience in baking cakes, cupcakes, sourdough bread, rye bread etc.
Ability to bake artisan breads from “scratch” - Advantageous
Must be able to manage staff (delegation of duties)
GP Monitoring
Ensuring daily deadlines are met with production
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, productivity, and accuracy within the bakery department
Waste management
Availability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays) - Retail hours apply
Must reside or have reliable transportation to Centurion
Salary range - R 12 000 - R 18 000 per month
