**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Deliver all ILIOS Travel services in accordance with the company’s quality standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Adhere to the Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, and Driver/Guide Manual at all times
- Represent ILIOS Travel professionally at all times to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Execute services as per the waybill/itinerary, including excursions, venues, routes, and client-specific requirements
- Read, understand, and follow all booking instructions to ensure accurate and reliable service delivery
- Prepare and research transfer and tour routes in advance to ensure readiness for all services
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding areas and destinations relevant to each service
- Safely convey clients to tour sites, accommodations, or other destinations according to the confirmed schedule
- Provide professional Meet and Greet services at the airport in line with ILIOS Travel standards
- Review and hand over necessary documentation to clients as required
- Obtain prior approval from Operations for any client-requested deviations to the itinerary or route and confirm any associated costs
- Fulfil special client or partner requests where feasible to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide immediate feedback to Operations regarding client requests or on-the-ground issues
- Handle operational emergencies with urgency and professionalism
- Take immediate action to resolve on-the-ground service challenges
- Keep Operations updated on incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, internal teams, and partners
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with industry partners, colleagues, and other team members
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and client interaction
- Encourage client service ratings through QR codes on the app
- Upload all service-related receipts using the app
- Attend all required briefings, operational meetings, training and educational sessions.
- Safeguard all company issued resources
- Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by Operations based on service needs
- Assist with driving, collections, and deliveries as needed for either client or administrative support
- Adhere to all ILIOS HR, Operations, and Fleet policies and procedures
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit
- 2-3 years of professional passenger driving experience (advantageous)
- Exceptional service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges efficiently
- Adaptable, calm, and responsive to changing situations
- Detail-oriented with strong crisis management and problem-solving skills
- Capable of providing constructive feedback for product and service improvement
- Sound general knowledge of South Africa and current affairs (tourism related)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per the schedule
- Own transport is required due to shift work determined as per operational requirements (early start or late finish)
Pay: R1,00 per month
