WATER AND SANITATION Head Asset Care
**Requirements**:

- BSc/BTech/Advance Diploma/B Engineering Degree:
Mechanical/ Electrical.
- Relevant Certification and Competency such as Certified

Reliability Engineer and Certified Asset Management Assessor
(ISO55000 implementation requirement).
- 8 years and above years of experience in asset management or

maintenance field within relevant industry.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS (computerized maintenance

management system) like SAP PM - SAP MM.
- Experience with FMEA (failure mode effect & analysis), RCM

(reliability centred maintenance) and MRO management.
- Proven track record in leading teams and personal leadership to

influence and positively motivate self and peers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability

to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- A valid Code EB (08) driver’s licence.

Key Performance Areas
- Oversee and optimise the Asset Care team, setting clear

objectives and providing guidance to ensure high performance
and professional growth.
- Leads, directs and manages the implementation of the water

services asset management strategy in line with ISO55000 as
well as ensure the continual revision thereof, ensuring
alignment between policy, strategy and business plans.
- Create and manage comprehensive maintenance plans,

including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Development, implementation and ongoing refinement of

service level agreements and key performance indicators
including performance dashboards.
- Ensure a proper processes and systems for the correct reflection

of each asset life cycle and asset register status.
- Track and analyse performance metrics, using data to drive

improvements and ensure the reliability of assets.
- Ensure the development and implementation of proper

processes, systems and business intelligence reporting tools
