We are looking for Debt Review consultants to join our fast-growing call centre sales team.

This offer is only limited to those who have an excellent understanding of the telephonic Debt Review sales process.

With the number of consumers seeking Debt Review assistance; we need the best to join our existing sales team during this time of growth. - Warm leads are provided standard so - we just need you to have that telephonic conversation with prospective clientele and close.
- Your commissions are uncapped, your effort determines your overall monthly earnings.
- There are plenty of internal growth opportunities for those with the mental stamina and the right mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in telephonic conversations with prospective clients and qualify them effectively.
- Take qualifying clients through the Debt Review process and close.
- Educate clients about financial well-being options under the Debt review program.
- Handle sales objections.
- Capture sales on i-Docs (Experience on this system advantageous however not a prerequisite)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year Debt Review sales experience or experience working in the Banking, Finance, Book keeping, financial products industry.
- You must be a team player with an excellent demeanour and be self-managed.
- Must have an excellent command of the English language (additional South African languages are a big bonus since we’re looking for English speakers, Afrikaans speakers, isiZulu speakers, isiXhosa speakers, etc.)
- Must understand sales techniques and strategies.
- Must have a good understanding of basic computer skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow (short courses available for personal development).
- Excellent people skills and telephone etiquette.

**Rewards**:

- R5 500,00 - R7 500,00 per month (dependent on level of experience)
- Uncapped commissions.

**Personality**:

- Must be confident and outspoken with high energy levels.
- Must have an open mind that is ready for the task at hand as well as possible growth.
- Must be focused and goal-driven.
- Being money-hungry is a good thing here too.

**Working schedule**:

- Monday to Thursday - 09am to 06pm, Friday 08:30am to 05:30pm and alternative Saturdays.

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- High School (matric) (required)
