**About Us**:
At Nudle, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality educational and vocational training to empower individuals and support workforce development. We’re currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Operations Coordinator in the smooth day-to-day running of our training programs and branch operations.
**Position Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative support across our educational training operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the Operations Coordinator and liaise with multiple branches to ensure compliance, documentation, and scheduling are handled effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions, workshops, and meetings
- Maintain and organize learner documentation, including registration forms, attendance records, assessments, and certifications
- Create and implement an efficient filing and document management system (both digital and physical)
- Coordinate with multiple branch locations to ensure timely and accurate documentation and compliance with internal standards
- Track learner progress throughout their training journey
- Assist in issuing certificates to students upon successful completion of programs
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and tracking logs as required by the Operations Coordinator
- Support onboarding and enrollment processes for new learners
- Order and manage office and training supplies across locations
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, data entry, and mailing
- Participate in internal meetings and take minutes when needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in education or training sectors is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital filing systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable to change
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with compliance or quality assurance in an educational/training context
- Experience coordinating between multiple locations or departments
- Basic knowledge of learner management systems (LMS) or CRM software
Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
