**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication between AdvTech IT and brand regarding system change requests and enhancements.
- Gather and document user requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system improvements
- Provide training, guidance, and documentation to end users to promote effective use of business systems.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Assist analysts in reporting and ensuring data integrity across systems and reports.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
- Helpdesk management, ensuring users support tickets are resolved efficiently including handling escalations when necessary.

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
