Maintenance Trainer

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To train, observe and evaluate maintenance personnel on new and existing procedures.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- **
Achieve a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) target of 0%.**
- **
Train all maintenance personnel on available procedures at both plants (Springs and Delmas).**
- **Ensure the availability of the equipment is above 97.5%**
- **Maintain Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) above 31 hours.**
- **
Ensure a Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) is below 10 hours.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12.
- Artisan (Fitter and Turner).
- More than 10 years of experience in FMCG (preferably Food Processing).
- Working knowledge of different types of equipment in the FMCG (food) industry.
