We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. **Job Purpose** - To assure the proper level of skills and qualification reside at the plant to successfully deploy the loss elimination skill needed for the CBN. - Ensure IWS work is loss focused and targeted to delivering CBN - Provide direct coaching to Site Leadership teams so they know what the next step is, why the next step is important and how to do the next step while creating capability to deliver stable and predictable operations. **Responsibilities**: - Orchestrate the IWS journey of the site to enable site phase progression - Assures IWS activities have a connection to loss elimination that will deliver required CBN results - Coach to find solutions and eliminating barriers to drive capability - “Looks ahead” for what capabilities will be needed in the next 6 to 18 months, works closely with the Site Leader to ensure the Master Plan is on track, intervenes as required by involving the appropriate people to ensure continuous progress - Provid
