**Responsibilities**:

- Create Pattern on computer using Lectra and available references
- Liaise with Designer on requirements
- Communicate with Sample Room on requirements
- Measure Garments
- Grading
- Attend Fit Sessions with Designer
- Liaise with retail Technologist
- Handle queries from factories

**Requirements**:

- Has proven competency in Pattern Making (3-5 years)
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Has good planning and organising skills and be able to prioritise
- Is reliable and hard working
- Is able to work under pressure to meet regular deadlines
- Enjoys working in a team.
- For this position experience on the Lectra windows system would be advantageous.
- Has the ability to Grade (advantageous)
