**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
Manage the day-to-day marketing activities and oversee a team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of product catalogues, website, blogs and videos
Conduct market research to stay current on industry and competitor trends
Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as posters, signage, presentations, videos and merchandise
Manage the company's social media presence
Oversee product catalogue and company information on the company website
Analyse the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
Manage Google ads, SEO and analytics to ensure adequate exposure per brand and product category
Create an annual marketing plan, goals, strategies and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product managers, to ensure alignment and maximise impact
Manage all events both internally for the team and externally for customers
Present quarterly reports to the executive committee

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

**Additional requirements**:
Familiarity with Adobe Suite
Familiarity with Magento ecommerce (preferable, not required)
PhpList (preferable, not required)
Google Analytics, Adwords and Merchant Centre
Google SEO
