Our Client is looking for an organized and professional executive **Team Leader/Facilitation Manager** to handle all communications with and for the company from a remote position, based in Durban North, KZN. The hiring company is an **Accounting firm** based in the UK.

The employer is based in the UK, and the Team Leader and team will be based in Durban.

Responsibilities will include managing a small team, who are also based in Durban, recruitment, admin, and some HR duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings with clients.
- Recruitment and interviewing new employees.
- Managing a small Durban-based team. (8 -10 employees)
- Acting as the main point of contact for the UK employer and Durban base.
- HR duties
- Strategizing with UK employer and identifying needs and requirements for Durban base.
- Issue invoices to clients.
- Typing of any correspondence necessary to clients/tenants/contractors on any matters needing to be addressed on a more formal basis
- Overseeing maintenance/technical issues in the office
- Ordering stationery and IT equipment for the office.
- Coordinating with IT support.
- Provide day to day administrative support to team members.
- Keeping track of employee time and attendance.
- Promoting a positive/productive work environment.
- Ensuring the company stays up to date with labour laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensuring office space is organised and well-maintained.
- Overseeing cleanliness and basic repairs or coordinate with service providers for these tasks.
- Overseeing basic office technology, including computers and software.
- Ensuring that the workplace complies with basic health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Recruitment and HR essential.
- Experience managing a team essential.
- Good customer service skills / experience for dealing with difficult situations;
- Highly Organised;
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors and staff within the company;
- Excellent oral and written communication with clients, contractors and other staff within the company;
- Good administration skills with ability to prioritise workload in a fast-changing environment;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
