Bakery Manager with experience in running a bakery within a restaurant, retail store such as Pick n Pay, Spar, Checkers or similar. Ability to make breads, croissants, artisanal breads from scratch. Experience in training and managing staff. rostering of staff, ordering, stock control. Minimum 5 yrs working experience. Own car and license.
**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
