**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**: but not limited to
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, relaxation areas, showers, changing rooms, and restrooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness of spa equipment, furniture, and floors.
- Replenish towels, robes, linens, and other amenities in designated areas.
- Dispose of used towels and linens in accordance with spa hygiene standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and materials are stocked and stored properly.
- Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing spa linens, towels, massage bedding, and other related items.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to the Spa Manager.
- Follow proper safety procedures and handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Support spa staff in setting up treatment rooms and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and hygiene regulations.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and respond to any cleanliness-related inquiries.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Matric.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
