**purpose**:

- To coach new representatives to FAIS accreditation and monitor, document, report and perform spot checks on the FAIS compliance function as required by the FAIS Act, identifying customer requests via voice recordings and provide FAIS advice as per the Value Added Product script, and ensure FAIS supervision activities for FAIS representatives are monitored and reported on in line with FAIS Supervision Practices To enable new marketers to adhere to supervision processes through learning and development interventions and coaching to maximize the sale of Value-Added Products whilst working towards achieving their full FAIS accreditation**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF Level 6 Diploma
- Preferred Qualification - RE5 Exam and full FAIS Accreditation
- Experience - 3 years experience with 1 year FAIS compliance experience in a Marketing role
- F & I experience would be an advantage**additional requirements**:

**responsibilities**:

- Minimise potential financial losses through identifying, assessing and mitigating risk
- Provide expert recommendations that are technically accurate and timeous
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Coach new representatives to FAIS accreditation and monitor the FAIS compliance function as required by the FAIS Act
- Enable new marketers to adhere to supervision processes through learning and development interventions and coach them to maximise the sale of Value Added Products whilst working towards achieving their full FAIS accreditation
- Ensure that own product knowledge of relevant Value Added Product offerings is up to date and advise and coach others accordingly
- Oversee an d quality assure representative’s accreditation process and monitor the FAIS compliance function as required by the FAIS Act
- Liaise with the Risk department, FSB registrar and FSB license holders
- Perform spot checks, identify customer requests via voice recordings and provide FAIS advice as per the Value Added Product script
- Document findings, escalate issues to Team Leader if need be and recommend ways to enhance the training process
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
