**Job Title**: Sectional Title Portfolio Manager

**Location**: Gardens, Western Cape

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Leadership**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and enhancement of the sectional title portfolio.- Provide leadership and guidance to your Portfolio Assistant and support staff.**Financial Oversight**:
- Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting for the entire portfolio.- Implement financial strategies to maximize revenue while minimising expenses.**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, homeowners' associations, and stakeholders.- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and address complex issues.**Risk Management and Compliance**:
- Assess potential risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.**Operational Efficiency**:
- Streamline operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.- Implement innovative technology solutions to improve property management systems and procedures.**Team Development**:
- Mentor and provide training to junior property managers.- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the property management department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Must own transport.- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager.- In-depth knowledge of sectional title legislation, property laws, and relevant regulations.- Demonstrated success in managing large and diverse property portfolios.- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Professional certification in Property Management or a related field.- Experience managing high-end or luxury properties.- Familiarity with innovative property management technologies.- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and increase property values.
