Dealership Receptionist

Our client currently has a vacancy for a **Receptionist. **The primary purpose of the position is first line communication, monitor all incoming calls and ensure all customers receive a pleasant and courteous welcome. Reporting to the Financial Manager.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**
- Receive all customers and visitors politely and professionally
- Represent the company on the telephone by answering all incoming calls timeously and in a professional and courteous manner
- As a frontline ambassador of the Brand the Receptionist needs to ensure that the initial contact of any new, regular or potential customer is handled in a courteous pleasant and professional manner in an effort to consistently promote a positive image of the Brand and the dealership and ensure a delightful customer experience

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A minimum of **1-year receptionist experience is essential**:

- **A Receptionist certificate will be an added advantage**:

- **A minimum of Grade 12.**:

- **Motor industry experience** will an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
