- Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent
**Key Performance Areas: (Specific Description of the job)**
- To generate telecommunications leads; Energy and Insurance products to consumers in the United Kingdom.
- To do what is always in the best interests of the customer
- To accurately represent the Huntswood client identity.
- To accurately represent the client product/ service.
- To achieve and exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- To achieve and exceed the dial time and dial targets set for the specific campaign
- To make the most effective and efficient use of data possible
- Efficient call handling
- To develop an intimate knowledge and understanding of the products sold in terms of:
- How they work
- How they benefit the customer
- The types of customers that would benefit from a particular product
- How the products fit into the competitive landscape
- Actively participate in and contribute to team meetings
- Proactively look to improve the Huntswood’s Lead Generation process
- Proactively share knowledge with other team members
- Proactively contribute to developing the Huntswood business
**Prior Work Experience / Background**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a telephony-based role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Lead generation experience in an international environment *_Preferred_

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers over the telephone in English
