- Strong Planning ability to operate at a tactical as well as at an operational level
- Ability to solve supply related problems and have an analytical ability
- Work under pressure and interface with the wider Engen Lubes team
- A solution focused mindset with the customer in mind.
- A team player that can support own team as well as the wider Engen Lubes team
- Have a low-cost mindset at the same time ensures that OTIF (on time in full) is the end goal.

**What you’ll have done before**:

- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Supply Chain)
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Planning
- Experience in Production Planning and Demand Planning

**Exciting Challenges you may face in the role**:

- Balancing supply and demand throughout the Lubricants network
- Ensuring stocks levels are maintained at optimal levels without creating SLOB
- Timeous replenishment planning to ensure product movement in the right quantities and right location to satisfy customer requirements on time
