Summary of role: The Picker’s primary responsibility is to pick material efficiently and accurately in the department and ensuring the smooth and organised flow of materials.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Material Picking_
- Retrieve materials from designated storage areas based on pick lists.
- Ensure accuracy by verifying quantities and inspecting items for quality and conformity.
- Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or overages to supervisors.
- Assist with cycle counts ensure inventory accuracy.
- Housekeeping & organisation_
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, aisles, and storage locations.
- Ensure that materials are stored in designated locations.
- Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse/store.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

1+ Year in a similar role

Grade 12 (essential)

Understanding of warehouse/store operations, including picking and packing.

Strong organisational skills to maintain orderly storage and work areas.

Always adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Handle materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
